By accessing or purchasing from icherysh.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Subscription Service

Icherysh offers a monthly subscription ("The Cherished Box") billed at $49.99/month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

3. Personalized Products

Each box is custom-assembled based on information you provide (recipient name, relationship, preferences). Because items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on boxes that have shipped. See our Refund Policy for damage and lost package exceptions.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and recipient information. Icherysh is not liable for undelivered boxes resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including copy, images, logos, and brand identity — is the property of Icherysh and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Icherysh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent subscription cycle.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
