Refund policy
Because each Cherished Box is built specifically for your loved one, we are unable to accept returns on opened or personalized boxes. That said, we want you to feel good about every order. If you are unhappy with your order, please feel free to reach out and we will make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an item that doesn't match what was ordered, please email us at hello@icherysh.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right — either with a replacement item or a credit toward your next box.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged again, and your final box will still ship as scheduled.
No Refunds on Current Cycle
We do not issue refunds for a billing period that has already begun, as production on your box starts immediately after each renewal.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but the box never arrived, please wait 3 business days (carrier delays happen), then contact us at hello@icherysh.com. We'll work with USPS to investigate and, when possible, send a replacement.
