Our Policies
Everything you need to know about shipping, returns, privacy, and your subscription.
At Icherysh, every Cherished Box is assembled and shipped with care — because what's inside matters.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of your subscription activating or renewing. Because each box is hand-personalized to your loved one, we do not batch or rush production.
Shipping Method & Carriers
We ship via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, depending on package weight and destination. All domestic orders ship within the contiguous United States.
Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, most boxes arrive within 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is included in your $39.99/month subscription — no hidden fees at checkout.
Subscription Timing
Your box ships once per billing cycle. If you subscribe on the 1st of the month, expect your box to ship within the first week. Renewal boxes follow the same cadence.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Reshipping fees may apply. Please double-check recipient address details at checkout.

Because each Cherished Box is built specifically for your loved one, we are unable to accept returns on opened or personalized boxes. That said, we want you to feel good about every order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an item that doesn't match what was ordered, please email us at hello@icherysh.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right — either with a replacement item or a credit toward your next box.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged again, and your final box will still ship as scheduled.
No Refunds on Current Cycle
We do not issue refunds for a billing period that has already begun, as production on your box starts immediately after each renewal.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but the box never arrived, please wait 3 business days (carrier delays happen), then contact us at hello@icherysh.com. We'll work with USPS to investigate and, when possible, send a replacement.

Icherysh ("we," "us," or "our") operates icherysh.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect: your name, email address, billing address, recipient's mailing address, and payment information. Payment data is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
We also collect standard usage data (browser type, pages visited, referring URLs) through cookies and analytics tools to improve our site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: process and ship your subscription, send order confirmations and tracking updates, respond to customer service inquiries, and send occasional marketing emails (only if you opt in). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Recipient Data
When you provide a recipient's name and address for delivery, that information is used solely to fulfill your order. It is never shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to maintain your session and analyze traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function properly.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services including Shopify (e-commerce platform), Seal Subscriptions (recurring billing), and USPS/Pirateship (shipping). Each operates under their own privacy policies.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@icherysh.com. If you are located in California, you have additional rights under CCPA.

By accessing or purchasing from icherysh.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. Subscription Service
Icherysh offers a monthly subscription ("The Cherished Box") billed at $39.99/month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
3. Personalized Products
Each box is custom-assembled based on information you provide (recipient name, relationship, preferences). Because items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on boxes that have shipped. See our Refund Policy for damage and lost package exceptions.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and recipient information. Icherysh is not liable for undelivered boxes resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including copy, images, logos, and brand identity — is the property of Icherysh and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Icherysh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent subscription cycle.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
